Sindsdien hebben verschillende generaties meegewerkt aan de ontwikkeling en bekendheid van de terroirs en benamingen op deze grote wijngaard in de Loire-vallei: Maria Guenault, Maurice Bougrier en Jean-Claude Bougrier, 4e generatie hebben dit voortgezet. Sinds zijn komst in 1988 heeft Noël BOUGRIER, vijfde generatie, een nieuwe dimensie gegeven aan het familie huis. Allereerst heeft hij het mogelijk gemaakt om de droom van de vorige generaties te verwezenlijken, door uit te breiden tot de hele Loire-vallei van Sancerre tot het "Pays Nantais" met het oprichten van 3 wijnmakerijen: "Les Caves Tourangelles" in de regio Touraine in 1995," Les Caves de l'Angevine "in Anjou in 2000 en" Les Caves de la Nantaise" in Muscadet in 2008. Ten zuiden van Parijs aan de linkeroever van de Loire rivier. Wijngaarden op 200-400 m. hoog gelegen in de heuvels. Great Book.
Format: Mass Market Paperback
Its great to be able to go back and read Stokely Carmichael today in his own words. This book provides an excellent overview of what black power means and how the concept originated. Although the book seems a bit dated today, many of the ideas presented are still entirely relevant.
Ive only given the book four stars due to its age. Many of the statistics presented are dated, and undoubtedly there are other texts available today that present these ideas in a much better/newer way. But if you are interested in Stokely Carmichael and what he stood for, this is the book to read.

Excellent articulation of the Black Power initiative within the Civil Rights Movement. A detailed view of Black Power, it's objectives, how these would be achieved, as well as it's misinterpretations.
An afterword from each author appended in 1992 provides insight, reflection, and perspective on all that's changed, and what hasn't, since the book's publishing.

Get one while you can
Format: Mass Market Paperback
Any book with the name Stokely Carmichael is a rare find. You can easily find the same book with Kwame Ture as the author since he changed his name and so later editions reflects the name change. Kwame Ture (fka Stokely Carmichael) changed his name for a reason. However, those of us from the sixties can never forget him nor the name Stokely Carmichael.
