I believe I could also go with a large at this weight to have a little less compression.

These are the best tank tops! No gaping arm holes. The tank gives some coverage on the sides and under the arms so it conceals any problem spots. The back neckline is higher than most tanks so the straps are a perfect flattering length for me.
