Als we naar het wijnhuis Donnachiara afreizen, valt ons enorm veel op. We reizen niet naar Toscane, Veneto, Piemonte of Puglia, maar naar Campania. Wat betreft wijn is dit altijd een ietwat achtergestelde regio geweest, terwijl ze hier toch zeer succesvol wijn kunnen maken. Mede dankzij het vakmanschap van Donnachiara worden de wijnen uit Campania steeds populairder en zijn er steeds meer wijndrinkers uit Europa die verliefd worden op de charme en kwaliteit die Campania te bieden heeft. Wat nog meer opvalt aan Donnachiara is het vooruitstrevende karakter. De familie verbouwd al vijf generaties druiven op deze plek. Het waren altijd de vrouwen die aan de top stonden. En nog steeds. In 2005 kreeg Chiara Pettitto de wijngaarden in handen en richtte haar eigen wijnhuis op. Samen met dochter Ilaria Pettito bestieren zij nu wijnhuis Donnachiara. Daarnaast heeft Donnachiara een duurzame inslag. Alles wordt gedaan met zo min mogelijk belasting voor het milieu. Hiermee zijn zij een van de enige wijnhuizen van Italië. Daarnaast loopt het hele wijnhuis op zonne-energie en wordt al het water gerecycled. Maar naast de indrukwekkende achtergrond van wijnhuis Donnachiara, weten zij ook prachtige wijnen te maken. En daar gaat het natuurlijk om. Donnachiara Beneventano Falanghina is de trots van Chiara en wordt gemaakt van de aromatisch Falanghina druif. Deze druif is de koningin van de wijngaarden in Campania. In Donnachiara Beneventano Falanghina zorgt ze voor een breed boeket. Denk aan intense tonen van kweepeer, florale toetsen van acacia en verkwikkende nuances van perzik en abrikoos. Hard As Rock When Cold

These are good pillows except they get hard as a rock when the temps go below 65F and take 10-20 minutes to warm up at bedtime.
Not ideal where the winters are colder or for someone with cervical spine issues.

LUXURIOUS, just like it says

I used My Pillows for years which needed constant fluffing throughout the night until they just became useless. Since they became useless, I would always wake in the middle of the night with terrible headaches and my head would be sore all over, throbbing like a boil. I couldn’t stand anything to touch my any part of my head while these headaches occurred. One night almost a week ago I was awake in pain and couldn’t sleep. I started googling for a solution, a pillow that would support a human head, basically a bowling ball. After several products which kept sending me to Amazon, I stumbled upon this pillow. I read all of the reviews. Many compared it to a “luxurious hotel pillow”. So I waited and got them within less than 48 hours. It was a thin box so I wasn’t expecting much. They were vacuum sealed, I opened them and allowed about an hour for them to fully expand. They were comprised of memory foam and down alternative like “luxurious hotel pillows”. They were heavy too. I tried to fluff it for maximum feel. It was extremely firm and I wasn’t able to actually fluff or reform it in any manner really. I could feel the down alternative filling surrounding this semi hard center ( the memory foam I guess) and I fluffed as much as possible. I had difficulty getting it into my pillow case, which was fine to me. It just made me anticipate this perfect looking pillow. I had been suffering with these headaches due to inferior pillows, I couldn’t wait. I laid down and put my bowling ball head on it! It completely supported my head. I normally like my pillow to conform around my neck and shoulders to allow a straight alignment with my head. My head was slightly up, but hey this felt great!!! I could feel the down alternative filler cushioning my head with the firm memory foam in the middle. I could not wait to try it that night. Night comes and I’m excited to see if I can sleep through the night finally without waking with those terrible headaches. I slept almost all through the night except for going to the bathroom once!! And my head wasn’t hurting nor did it feel like a boil!! I was ecstatic to say the least. I know there are people just like me searching for relief. If you can tolerate a firm pillow you can’t go wrong with these pillows. You get two for a great price! I just wish I hadn’t wasted hundreds on My Pillows for all my bedrooms a few months ago. I will be replacing all the pillows in my home with these WONDERFUL pillows!!!

Really Happy With These Pillows!

**Review: Really Happy With These Pillows!**
I purchased these pillows and couldn’t be happier!
First – they’re cool on *both* sides—finally! I’m not sure why that’s so rare (probably to cut costs), but these actually have cooling material on both sides, and it works really well.
Second – the venting around the center helps keep them from getting hot at night. A nice touch that makes a difference for hot sleepers.
However, the third feature is the best: the filling. Like many adjustable pillows, you can add or remove the fill, and these come with a small extra bag. The base amount was just right for most people. I had to remove some for my wife but added a bit more to mine. The fill itself is excellent—soft but supportive. You sink into it, but don’t hit bottom.
These pillows also have a good weight to them, so they don’t feel cheap. They fluff up great and seem very well made. I followed the recommended dryer run when I first received them and had no odor issues at all.
