Standplaats: Aloe Spider: Gedijt goed op een lichte plek, bij voorkeur in de volle zon binnenshuis. Peperomia Obtipan Green: Bevalt van helder, indirect licht. Kan ook goed functioneren bij wat schaduwvolle omstandigheden binnenshuis.

Waterbehoefte: Aloe Spider: Heeft weinig water nodig. Laat de grond volledig uitdrogen tussen de gietbeurten door. Peperomia Obtipan Green: Heeft matige waterbehoefte. Laat de bovenste laag van de grond opdrogen voordat je opnieuw water geeft. Overbewatering kan leiden tot wortelrot.
