I've tried everything for severe cramps and dehydration. Years of suffering with no sleep due to severe cramps. This is by far the best..its better than liquid IV or any hydration drink on the market, even better than pediolite. The key ingredient that helps me most is the magnesium! Good rehydration

This product took some getting used to. Initially all the rehydrating drinks tasted very salty, but found I really needed something after being admitted to the hospital for dehydration. Hydration is something elderly people find difficult. After some adjustment I drink these everyday. So far this has been successful. I do find them to be pricey though.
