Er moeten 2 handelingen tegelijkertijd uitgevoerd worden om het hekje te openen. Het is ontworpen om letterlijk en figuurlijk een drempel op te werpen voor jonge kinderen tot 24 maanden. Gelukkig is het mechanisme voor een volwassene eenvoudig met één hand te bedienen.
Dit hekje wordt geleverd met installatiematerialen, waardoor het klemmend te plaatsen is. In de verpakking zitten ook 2 verlengstukken.
