Single Cask Moka Torréfié

Clement Single Cask is een zeer exclusieve rhum die in zeer beperkte hoeveelheden is uitgebracht, er zijn slechts 404 flessen van gemaakt. Gerijpt op Amerikaanse Bourbonvaten, gebotteld op vatsterkte en niet gefilterd, dit is de puurste gerijpte rhum met het rauwe karakter van een single cask. (Rhum is het Franse woord voor rum trouwens)

Elke fles is ondertekend door de Cellar Master, met het flesnummer, het vatnummer, de datum van veroudering en de suikerrietvariëteit.

Neus:
een aromatisch profiel gekenmerkt door gekarameliseerde tonen van mokka en koffie, verkregen door een sterke en intense houtverwarming.

Smaak:
een eerste indruk is zacht en zoet die vervolgens geaccentueerd wordt door hints van gedroogd fruit zoals vijgen en dadels, dit met een verrassend boeket van kruiden zoals vanille en roze peperkorrels.

Afdronk:
kruidig en verfijnd zoetig, vol.

I'd give 4 1/2 if there was one. The shelves thwmself are nice I just don't like the visible little black set screws. The shelves themself look great and are not wobbly at all if you install correctly. I purposely installed the bracket upside down because of the little black setting screws; I didnt want them showing because the shelves are above eye level and the screws are black and I didn't want them showing. But that made the shelf lean amd wobbly so I turned them back over the way they are supposed to be and that made them level and sturdy. I guess I'll paint the little screws.
