Het domein wordt gerund door het echtpaar Galle en Florian Richter, die het in 2015 hebben opgericht. Het domein beslaat ongeveer 12 tot 15 hectare op een hoogte van circa 300 meter. De bodem is zeer divers en bevat klei, kalksteen, kwarts en dolomiet.

De bodem is zeer divers en bevat klei, kalksteen, kwarts en dolomiet. Het is een van de koelere sectoren van de Corbières, wat bijdraagt aan de frisheid in de wijnen. Er wordt gewerkt volgens biologische principes, met veel aandacht voor oude wijnstokken
- Rosé wijn uit het Clés en main gamma. Dit is een stevige, verleidelijke rosé die doet denken aan een Tavel. De wijngaarden situeren zich op 300m hoogte. De vinificatie gebeurt op barriques (15% nieuw) terwijl de opvoeding op inox is. Karaktervol, fris, rood en zwart fruit, zachte niet storende tannines met een kruidige en lange afdronk.

Smells Like You Have Your Life Together

For the record... This is the FIRST ever I'm reviewing something on the first day! This stuff smells amazing! And all I've washed so far with it is my hands! Got it, (after an 8hr shift of work) and washed my hands with it, sitting outside 80 degrees with a breeze and I keep getting a wiff of it. Smells amazing like I'm wearing a cologne! My wife noticed and asked why I was wearing cologne. Highly recommend
