Naso intenso e articolato, che apre su note di frutta esotica e agrumi, seguite da sensazioni di nocciola tostata, fiori primaverili, spezie raffinate e sfumature minerali. In bocca rivela corpo e profondità, mentre si distende grazie alla marcata freschezza. Ottima la lunghezza, sul finale diviene sapido e piacevolmente tostato.Il Sicilia Menfi Chardonnay DOC “Didacus” 2018 è il tributo a Diego Planeta, il fondatore di questa celebre cantina siciliana. Un bianco prodotto in edizione limitata a partire dai migliori grappoli di chardonnay, raccolti a mano nel vigneto impiantato nel 1985 e posto nei pressi del lago Arancio. La fermentazione è svolta in acciaio e il successivamente il vino è posto a maturare in botti di legno di diversa dimensione, origine e tostatura. Didacus esprime ai massimi livelli la filosofia di Planeta ed è il risultato della perfetta sintesi tra tradizione e modernità.
Bianco importante, da abbinare a tranci di pesce in salsa e carni bianche delicatamente speziate.

amazing product, a little too pricey
it worked amazing while we were trying to swim in the ocean and snorkel in the ocean. The only downfall I have of this is the price is so much for such a little amount.

My go to brand

Not fur Surfing or other Water Sports
I got this in a swag bag from a surfing contest. The stick is very dry...that's the only way I can explain how it feels. It certainly doesn't glide on like other face sticks. After one wave and ducking my face in the water, the product smeared off and ran into my eyes. My vision got blurry from that, and it was really hard to see the waves coming in. I won't be using this product ever again. I also looked at the EWG website, and this product was given a 6. For those new to EWG, that's not a good rating. You want like a 1 or 2.
