In de training Basis Paaldansen leer je het over brengen van de basis technieken zoals deze in studio ADC's ZUSJE in Brabant tijdens de beginners cursus worden gegeven. Je leert verschillende draaien en het opbouwen van het onderste boven gaan. Je leert vangen en veilig lesgeven. Ook wordt ingegaan op de opbouw van een les.
De training wordt gegeven door instructor Cai. Cai geeft al meer dan 10 jaar les in de aerial sports en heeft verschillende wedstrijdtitels op haar naam staan, zowel in de paalsport als in aerial hoop. Zij heeft o.a. onderwijsmodules voor het hoger onderwijs en online behandel trajecten voor psychologen ontwikkelt. Nu heeft zij haar kennis over de techniek van het paaldansen, het lichaam en lesgeven gebundeld in verschillende Instructor trainingen.
Aan het einde van de middag ontvang je een certificaat van deelname.

"Beginners 1/2/3". Hierin worden de technieken uitgebreid naar alle beginners technieken van de cursus 1, 2 en 3.
"Mixed levels". In deze cursus leer je les geven aan groepen van verschillend niveau. Ook is er de training ‘de Verdieping’ met advanced technieken.

PRIVÉ : Liever de opleiding met 2 personen volgen? Dat kan. Kosten hiervan zijn 299,- per persoon. Mail naar [email protected] en vraag naar de mogelijkheden.
OP LOCATIE : Des gewenst kan de training op locatie worden gegeven. Bijvoorbeeld exclusief voor jou en jouw team.
STAGE : Wil je het lesprogramma uitbreiden met een stage? Dat kan! Tijdens een stage traject word je professioneel begeleid, leer je een lesprogramma opzetten en lesgeven aan een groep. Op deze manier pas je wat je leer direct toe in de praktijk. Na het goed doorlopen van een stage heb je ook een grotere kans dat je mag blijven lesgeven in de studio.

A good read

Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things

I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2.
Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.

delightful read

What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.
