Multi Dag Man 50+
Na je 50e streef je nog steeds naar het beste voor jezelf. Maar op oudere leeftijd heeft je lichaam overdag andere voedingsstoffen nodig dan in je jongere jaren. De Multi Dag Man 50+ is speciaal afgestemd om jou overdag te ondersteuning in alle activiteiten. De formule is bovendien ijzer- en kopervrij en er zit een riante dosering van 100 mcg choline in.
B-vitamines
De Multi Dag Man 50+ voorziet in een volledig vitamine B-complex. Ideaal voor de dagelijkse activiteiten! De doseringen zijn aangepast aan de behoeften van de 50+ man en de vitamines zijn in natuurlijke en biologisch beschikbare vorm aanwezig. Voor oudere volwassenen is er vaak een verhoogde behoefte aan vitamine B12. De Multi Dag Man 50+ bevat een dosering van 200 mcg vitamine B12, waardoor in de meeste gevallen geen apart supplement nodig is.
In de dag formule zitten uitsluitend de best opneembare vormen van vitamine B12: adenosylcobalamine (50 mcg) en methylcobalamine (150 mcg). In tegenstelling tot de niet-actieve synthetische variant cyanocobalamine, hoeven deze biologische actieve vormen niet meer omgezet te worden door de maag en darmen.
Zaagpalm (Sabalselect®)
Een nutriënt dat niet mag ontbreken in een multivitamine voor mannen boven de 50 jaar is zaagpalm. SabalSelect® is het beste zaagpalm extract ter wereld. Het wetenschappelijk onderzochte extract garandeert een vetzuurgehalte van minstens 85 procent. Bovendien staan bij dit extract de vruchten aan de basis in plaats van de bladeren.
Multi Nacht Man 50+

Vitamine D & K
De voedingsstoffen die niet mogen ontbreken in de Multi Nacht Man 50+ zijn vitamine D & K. De Gezondheidsraad beveelt senioren aan extra vitamine D te gebruiken. Voor mensen ouder dan 50 jaar wordt een dagelijkse inname van 10 mcg aanbevolen, en voor mensen ouder dan 70 jaar is dit 20 mcg per dag.
Vita-algae D®: goed opneembaar en 100% plantaardig
Er zijn twee belangrijke vormen van deze vitamine, namelijk D2 en D3, waarbij de laatste het meest efficiënt door het lichaam wordt opgenomen. Vita-algae D® wordt gewonnen uit algen en is daarmee een plantaardige variant van vitamine D3. De nacht formule bevat een ruime dosering van 25 mcg zodat jij buiten de wintermaanden in de meeste gevallen geen extra vitamine D supplement hoeft te nemen.
NAC: de voorloper van glutathion
Het lichaam maakt glutathion aan uit de aminozuren cysteïne, glutamine en glycine. Van deze drie is cysteïne moeilijk te verkrijgen uit voeding. N-acetyl-L-cysteïne (NAC) levert de bouwsteen cysteïne en kan daarmee gezien worden als een voorloperstof van glutathion.
Zeaxanthine en luteïne
Zeaxanthine en luteïne zijn carotenoïden, natuurlijke pigmenten die voorkomen in verschillende planten en voedingsmiddelen. Ze behoren tot de groep van xanthofylen, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de gele tot oranje kleur van veel groenten en fruit. Ook algen produceren zeaxanthine en luteïne ter bescherming tegen intense zonnestraling.

Knot their Omega

It took me a day to really get into the book, there is a lot happening in the beginning of the story. I wish there was more of a time frame because I felt like something’s happened quickly but they were farther away than I thought so that was a little confusing to me. I felt like there was so much happening but also not enough.
As for the story itself I enjoyed it, it was different than other OV I’ve read. Bring the tissues, you will need them. They guys were great, I wish we saw more of Kai and Kenjis relationship. As for Nate…… IYKYK.
I enjoyed this book, my first from this author and look forward to reading about Kamaris story.

Has Potential, Poorly Executed

I really really wanted to enjoy this book and was looking forward to reading it. However there were just one too many convoluted plot points, sentences just did not flow nicely at times, and I was left with a lot of confusion on my end. I think it has the bones of being a great story but seems like it was rushed and I had to push myself to finish the last of the book and was left with an unsatisfying ending. It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action

This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4.
Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down.
There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

Fun read

I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books.
The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.
