Sanne van Lierop besloot een aantal jaar geleden haar voedingspatroon om te gooien en voedzaam, onbewerkt, suikerbewust en gluten- en lactosevrij te koken en te eten. Dat had een positieve invloed op haar reuma- en prikkelbaredarmsyndroomklachten. Alleen van de smaak was ze niet altijd even overtuigd, waarop ze besloot zelf de recepten te gaan ontwikkelen waar ze als bourgondische Brabantse zo’n behoefte aan had. Op Instagram en TikTok (@sannevanlierop) deelt ze dagelijks recepten om het mensen zo makkelijk mogelijk te maken om voedzaam, glutenvrij, lactosevrij, geraffineerd suikervrij en vaak ook vega(n) te eten én te genieten. In 2023 verscheen haar eerste Simpel & Puur-kookboek.

This is the only lotion I’ve been using on my body. I use koji acid Turmeric soap, and I use this lotion after. I’ve had these scars for years, and I’m definitely noticing a difference.
