De Super Star 3900 is een klassieke 27MC transceiver met een nostalgische uitstraling en moderne verbeteringen. Deze transceiver biedt 40 kanalen (multi-standard) en ondersteunt AM, FM, USB, en LSB. Het zendvermogen bedraagt 4W voor AM/FM en 12W voor SSB, terwijl de exportversie een vermogen van 12W AM/FM en 36W SSB biedt.

In 2023 is de Super Star 3900 vernieuwd met diverse verbeteringen, waaronder een display met functie-indicator, verbeterde schermverlichting, een nieuwe handmicrofoon met kanaalwisselknoppen (omhoog/omlaag), en een nieuw bordontwerp met geavanceerde microcomponenten. Deze aanpassingen verminderen het totale gewicht en versterken de betrouwbaarheid, zonder de iconische kenmerken van het oorspronkelijke ontwerp te verliezen.

Hoewel de Super Star 3900 voornamelijk is ontworpen als een mobiel apparaat, kan hij ook worden gebruikt als basisstation wanneer hij wordt aangesloten op een optionele gelijkstroom voeding en antenne.

Since this is the skin of a dead sheep, it depends on live sheep girth. Anything bigger would likely have to be sewn together from multiple dead sheep. I find the girth of this sheep pelt perfectly acceptable. It is nice and thick and soft and fairly easy to vacuum. I frequently recline on it when stretched out on the floor, and am grateful it does not leave a mess or make noise like my dog, who should be grateful that his pelt is still attached to his body.

There appears to be a chat option but there are no responses. Reading other information, I’ve decided to try a metal comb. So now I’m waiting for that to arrive. If it wasn’t so difficult to deal with the size difference, I would have simply returned them. I may still and just purchase a return container.
