De ruthex draadmoeren kunnen achteraf in onderdelen van 3D-printers, zoals van Anycubic, Creality of Prusa, worden ingebracht met warmte of ultrasoon. Door de warmte van een soldeerbout of ultrasoon worden de persmoeren eenvoudig in een blinde of doorlopende gat ingebed.

Stevige grip met eenvoudige bediening

Dankzij de geometrie van de draadbus zit deze stevig in het geprinte onderdeel. De tegenoverliggende spiraalvormige knurled moeren zorgen voor een uitgebalanceerd hoog aanhaalmoment en losdraaimoment evenals een hoge klemkracht. De geleiding vergemakkelijkt het inzetten aanzienlijk.

Stevige & duurzame draad

De inzetstukken met binnendraad zijn gemaakt van hoogwaardig messing, dat optimale corrosiebestendigheid en warmtegeleiding garandeert. Dit betekent dat elke persmoer lang gebruikt kan worden en eenvoudig te hanteren is. Het hergebruik van de schroefdraad is ook mogelijk door ze voorzichtig uit het geprinte onderdeel te verwijderen wanneer ze niet meer nodig zijn.

Geschikt voor verschillende kunststoffen

De inzetstukken zijn ontworpen voor alle thermoplasten. De knurled moeren houden bijvoorbeeld in PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP en vele andere materialen. Zodra het kunststof van het onderdeel rond de messing huls afkoelt en weer uithardt, is de binnendraadbus stevig verankerd.

Praktische draadbusset

De ruthex draadbusset RX-M4x8.1 bestaat uit 50 persmoeren met M4 binnendraad en een lengte van 8,1 mm. De draadhulzen kunnen met ultrasoon en warmte worden ingebed.
