Dit PCB-board fungeert als centraal knooppunt voor stroom- en signaaldoorvoer en beheert alle kritieke componenten van de printhead, waaronder het hotend, de extrudermotor, koelventilatoren en diverse sensoren.

Wat doet dit onderdeel?

Dit is het PCB-board naast het hotend waarop de verwarmingscartridge en thermistor worden aangesloten. Het printplaatje fungeert als breakout board voor alle hotend-aansluitingen en zorgt voor een stabiele verbinding tussen de toolhead en het hoofdbord van de printer.

Kenmerken:

Uitgerust met de MCU GD32F303CBT6-chip voor betrouwbare en snelle verwerking, wat zorgt voor soepelere werking en verbeterde printnauwkeurigheid. Het board wordt geleverd met vooraf geconfigureerde connectoren voor hotend-ventilatoren, thermistors, verwarmingscartridges en probes – geen firmware-flash vereist voor basisfunctionaliteit. Dit is een origineel Creality OEM-onderdeel dat ontworpen is voor directe plug-and-play vervanging, wat zorgt voor naadloze integratie en betrouwbare werking van het hoge-snelheid direct-drive systeem van de K2-serie.

Waarom dit onderdeel?

Gemaakt van duurzame materialen voor langdurige prestaties en hittebestendigheid. Bij een defect in de toolhead biedt dit adapter board een snelle oplossing om uw printer direct weer operationeel te krijgen. De Creality K2-serie is geoptimaliseerd voor snelheid en levert printsnelheden tot 600 mm/s met een acceleratie van 30.000 mm/s². Dit PCB-board draagt direct bij aan die prestaties.

Installatie:

Verwijder de toolhead, vervang het bestaande printplaatje door het nieuwe adapter board – eenvoudig en zonder aanpassingen aan de printer. Een H2.0 inbussleutel is vereist voor de demontage.

Pros: Can be used with one hand. I bought this to have after surgery that left me without use of one arm for a few months. The light blinks when you need to charge it. Only needs a 2-3 min charge for enough juice to open a can. Cons: IT QUIT CUTTING CORRECTLY AFTER 4 MONTHS. I now have to use both hands to hold it in place to get it to latch on to the can. I stabbed myself with one enough to draw blood. This is dangerous as the metal could fall into the food when pouring from the can.
