Waterdicht maken of beschermen van o.a. : platte daken, ingegraven muren, funderingen, zink, staalplaten, vezelcement, gewelven, sheds, terrassen, steen, cement en beton (nieuwe of oude), afvoeren (dakgoten, enz...),roofing, onderwerk van de carrosserie van voertuigen. Ook bruikbaar op een vroegere behandeling met rubson liquid rubber of rubson elk weer. Niet geschikt voor synthetische ondergronden zoals bv. Pvc, polyester, dakfolie zoals epdm.
Eigenschappen:
Waterdicht
soepel, blijvend elastisch, goed bestand tegen veroudering
bestand tegen temperaturen van -25°c tot +80°c
gevoelig voor sommige zuren, geconcentreerde basen, en oplosmiddelen
tast bepaalde kunststoffen (o.a. Piepschuim, pvc) aan
droogtijd: in de open lucht 24 uur, in gesloten ruimten minimum 4 dagen.
Gebruik:
voorbereiding:
de ondergrond dient gezond, proper, droog en stofvrij te zijn. Bij cement- of betonondergronden (alkalische ondergronden) eerst behandelen met een oplossing van 1 deel zoutzuur op 10 delen schoon water. Nadien spoelen met proper water. Ontmossen met rubson anti-mos. Barsten groter dan 0.8mm afdichten met rubson rubber dak pasta. Bij de herstelling van blazen en grote scheuren: rubson glass cloth aanbrengen tussen 2 gul aangebrachte lagen rubson rubber dak pasta. Metalen ondergronden dienen eerst ontvet en nadien opgeschuurd te worden.
verwerking:
aanbrengen in 2 kruiselingse lagen met een tussentijd van minimum 24 uur. Het product goed oproeren voor gebruik en niet verdunnen. Niet verwerken bij een temperatuur lager dan +5°c. Het product blijft kleverig en is niet beloopbaar. Opdat het beloopbaar zou zijn, kan in de laatste nog natte laag leislag gestrooid worden. Voor een verbeterde weerstand tegen de inwerking van uv-stralen kan rubson liquid alu aangebracht worden.
reiniging van het gereedschap & vlekken:
onmiddellijk met white-spirit.
LET OP:
Bevat ontvlambare oplosmiddelen: niet roken en verwijderd houden van ontstekingsbronnen. Bij gebruik in een gesloten ruimte: verluchten of ademhalingsmasker dragen, de dampen zijn giftig.
TIP:
Bij het gebruik van rubson liquid rubber op een plat dak is het ten stelligste aanbevolen te zorgen voor een goede afwatering. Concreet betekent dit: een vlakke, zacht hellende ondergrond.

fits 2013 honda civic, fades to a weird blue and looks matted scruffy
Fluffy and cute! This is all I hoped it would be. It is a piece of real sheepskin with a couple of pieces of elastic sewn to the bottom to attach it to the console cover. This makes it somewhat versatile concerning fit. It is just long enough for the console in my Honda Civic, which I believe is about 11 3/4 x 6 inches. The fluffiness of the cover allows for some slack in coverage, so it does adequately cover my console. I was pleased to see that I actually got the long-haired one. I am very pleased with the product. If it hadn't worked in the car I might have kept it in the house to pet it!
Update: Over a few months the silver fur, which I thought was a natural wool color, has faded to a washed out pale aqua, and this looks very scruffy. The elastic bands that hold it in place over the console show now that it is less fluffy. I will probably wash it and see whether that will improve the situation, but I suspect this will renew the curl, and leave the band exposed. I have downgraded this to a 3 from a 5.
Further update: This looks terrible. Very scruffy, slides around. I did wash it, but it did this did not renew or make it look like natural sheepskin. Whatever processing and dying they did not this seems to have removed the natural curl. I would have preferred no dye and processing, and a natural piece of sheepskin, probably bigger to account for getting matted and smaller as it ages. Note: This one is bigger than some of these on Amazon, so measure your console and consider the size. This one barely fit when it was new.

I have own sheepskin covers and this armrest cover didn’t disappoint. I bought this for a friend and she loved it. Soft and keeps its fur like shape. The fur did not clump after being used. I would definitely recommend.

Definitely genuine pelts.

I like the color. Not too white, more of a natural shade.
I ordered two, for each side of the bed. One is larger than the other which proves they are genuine pelts and I’m ok with it!!
