Un sorso figlio di una fermentazione spontanea in acciaio con macerazione di tre giorni, seguito da 10 mesi di riposo sulle fecce fini e da altri sette mesi di affinamento in bottiglia. È un Timorasso buonissimo sin da subito, ma che saprà regalare soddisfazioni garantite se dimenticato per qualche altro anno in cantina.
Ideale insieme alla cucina a base di pesce, è perfetto per accompagnare il polpo alla gallenga.

I love, Love, LOVE the pillow this case is for. I cannot sleep without it. It is seriously one of my most prized possessions. I love that I can throw it in a (big) washing machine whenever I get grossed out about dust mites. However, throwing an extra big ass pillow in the wash is not always easy and takes too dang long sometimes. Plus, I need my lover, I mean pillow, to last as long as possible, so this pillowcase was a necessity. Fits like a glove, uses the same material as the pillow, which is soft and glorious, and is way way way easier to wash. A must have for your pillow.
Update: After a little over two years of daily use and regular washes, the zipper broke. The pillow itself is still going strong, and everything else about the case is still in near perfect shape.
