Veuve Clicquot Champagne Rich comes from one of the most classic and famous champagne houses in the world. Rich is an exciting novelty created to be enjoyed with ice cream and a fresh ingredient such as pepper, cucumber, grapefruit peel, pineapple, celery and tea. Veuve Clicquot has, in collaboration with skilled mixologists, come up with these perfect ingredients, which improve the taste of the wine and at the same time add a unique twist. 

Rich is a blend consisting of Pinot Noir (45%), which is the most important pillar of Veuve Clicquot's winemaking and gives the champagne its basic structure. The large proportion of Meunier (40%) gives the mixture roundness, and Chardonnay (15%) complements it with extra freshness.

The uniqueness of Rich lies in the dosage of 60 g/L, which enhances the aromas of the mixture. As Veuve Clicquot's Cellar Master says: "Sugar in champagne is like spices in a recipe: if used in the right way, it can produce specific aromas and play with the taste".
