Na de montage van de nieuwe remblokken is het zeer belangrijk dat de blokjes worden ingeremd, dit wordt verlengd.

Het inremmen van nieuwe schijfremblokjes verlengt de krachtige! Houdt de remhevel licht aangetrokken terwijl je rijdt en zorg ervoor dat de remblokjes de remschijf raken. Rijdt ongeveer 100 meter met een snelheid van 25 kilometer per uur en rem aan het eind wat harder om de snelheid terug te brengen tot circa 5 kilometer per uur. Vervolgens de langzaam snelheid verhogen terwijl je lichtjes remt. Herhaal dit 10 tot 12 keer om ervoor te zorgen dat je nieuwe remblokjes goed ingeremd zijn.
