  • Leg het coldpack minstens 1 uur in de diepvries
  • Plaats het coldpack over het te behandelen lichaamsdeel gedurende max. 30 minuten
  • Herhaal indien nodig

WARM GEBRUIK

  • Warm het hotpack max. 30 seconden op in de magnetron op 800 watt
  • Haal het uit, kneed de gel om de warmte te verspreiden
  • Plaats eventueel nog 10 extra seconden in de magnetron om de gewenste warmte te bereikenΒ 

LET OP: Leg het pack nooit rechtstreeks op de huid! Dit kan brandwonden veroorzaken, ook bij koudetherapie.
