Het bakje heeft een inhoud van 360ml en is gemaakt van FSC® gecertificeerd papier, wat het een milieuvriendelijk alternatief maakt t.o.v. bekers van ‘normaal’ karton. Door de aangebrachte coating van plastic (PE) is het product voedselveilig.

Disposables die FSC® gecertificeerd zijn, worden gemaakt van bomen die geteeld worden onder verantwoord bosbeheer, zodat bossen behouden blijven. Op deze manier wordt ontbossing tegengegaan, wat belangrijk is om de CO2 uitstoot te verminderen en klimaatverandering te bestrijden. Bij het kappen van bomen houdt FSC® rekening met mens en dier. Het bos wordt opgedeeld in vakken en elk jaar wordt er in een ander vak bomen geoogst, zodat het bos zich kan herstellen.
