Astaxanthine de algen antioxidant. Als voedingssupplement biedt het bescherming aan hart en vaten ogen en hersenen spieren en gewrichten en bindweefsel en huid. Zo is het een probaat middel ter voorkóming van zonnebrand en helpt het de weerstand te vergroten door oxidatieve stress

en stille ontstekingen tegen te gaan. Belangrijke processen bij het immuun- systeem kunnen worden ondersteund met astaxanthine.

Maar waarom een boek over astaxanthine? Astaxanthine is een krachtige antioxidant uit het water met een dieprode kleur. Het is de stof die water- dieren zoals de flamingo de zalm en de kreeft rood kleurt. Astaxanthine is een antioxidant die tegenwoordig te weinig voorkomt in ons dagelijkse menu maar in feite een ‘oerbeschermer’ is. We zijn vertrouwd met de antioxidanten die vruchten van het land zo prachtig rood of donkerblauw kleuren en die voor ons zo supergezond zijn. Astaxanthine is dat ook maar dan de dieprode antioxidant uit het water.

The whole book can be summed up in 50 pages (probably less) and is simply an outline. It literally tells you to make sure you update your documents and have your passwords secured and accessible by appropriate people. If that's the level you are looking for then this is a great book, but if you want the nitty-gritty, look elsewhere! They advertise a book that has that info supposedly but I am scared to potentially waste my money on that book since I thought I was getting that with this book, "The only Estate Planning book you'll ever need!"
