The UN Series is our flagship pro audio loudspeaker line, originally launched in September 2015. Engineered without compromise, it was built to rival top-tier high-SPL loudspeakers—and it delivered beyond expectations. Designed for powerful, full-bodied sound with crisp, dominant vocals and exceptional SPL efficiency, the Ultra Neos quickly set a new standard.
Development of Version 3 began in late 2023, with multiple stages of prototyping and evaluation. Through extensive field testing, customer feedback, and iterative engineering, the final optimized designs were completed and released to production in late 2024. This version is the result of true research and development—not repackaging, but a full evolution based on performance-driven improvements.
Version 3 of the Ultra Neo Series introduces key performance upgrades, including a lightweight treated cone strategically reinforced in critical areas to enhance strength and durability without compromising our signature tonal clarity. Our ultra cone is paired with a DuPont™ Kapton® former and edgewound CCAW voice coil for improved thermal and mechanical control. All new, larger N52H-grade full-circumference neodymium motors enhance output and efficiency & now feature a 5mm copper shorting ring integrated into the CNC-machined one-piece T-yoke to further reduce distortion while increasing natural frequency response. The CNC-vented cast aluminum frame completes the design, making the UNv3 the top contender, at an unbeatable value.
