Deze wijn heeft een geweldige intensiteit van zwarte rijpe bramen en bosbessen, een bom in de mond. Mooie zuren en een prachtige afdronk. Goede bewaar potentie. Heerlijk bij eendenvlees, groot wild, rood vlees, oude kazen, gorgonzola, risotto's, pasta's e.d../

De wijnen van Colle Firata zijn een vaste waarde voor Cantina Piemonte geworden vanwege hun kwaliteit en smaakintentie. Tommaso de zoon van de familie neemt de honneurs waar van het bedrijf en is een hele vriendelijke wijnmaker. Het gebied ligt buiten het meer gangbare gebied waar wij de wijnen van importeren, maar het terroir is verantwoordelijk voor heerlijke wijnen zoals deze Barbera del Monferrato "Mediliano". DRUIVEN

Barbera 100%

BODEM

Kalkhoudende klei, zuidwestelijke ligging, 250 m. boven zeeniveau.

TEELT

Aanplant indeling: 2,5x1 m; plantdichtheid: 4000 / ha; trainingsmethode: Guyot.

VINIFICATIE

Druiven worden met de hand geoogst en onmiddellijk ontdaan van de steel en geplet voordat ze gedurende vijf dagen koud macereren bij een temperatuur van 5 ° C. Vervolgens wordt de temperatuur verhoogd tot c. 23 ° C en volgt een alcoholische gisting van een week, met als gevolg maceratie van de schillen.

RIJPING

Malolactische fermentatie en veroudering vinden gedurende 20 maanden plaats in nieuwe Franse eikenhouten barriques. Ten slotte wordt de wijn nog 12 maanden op fles bewaard voordat hij te koop wordt aangeboden.

KLEUR

Intens donker robijnrood.

AROMA

Delicaat en complex met tonen van rijp fruit, zwarte bessen en viooltjes. Kruidige aroma's van 5 spices, zoals van kaneel, steranijs en hints van cacao.

SMAAK

Vol en intens, combineert  zachtheid met frisse zuurgraad. Lange afdronk met donkere fruit tonen.

Wet towels only

Beware: these towels are supposed to be wet. They are meant to be soaked in water. If you soak them in water and then wrap them around your neck during indoor cycling, for example, they can cool down your neck and face perfectly. They are still pretty good towels when dry, and they still cool the skin when dry. But they are not the best for wiping and absorbing sweat when dry. If you want something to absorb sweat, then cotton towels are better. You can still use this product for cool drying. However, this product shines when you wet it down and use it for cooling, rather than drying. Overall, great product! Ivery soft and smooth on my skin.
