Vinificatie & Rijping

  • Handmatige oogst van volledig rijpe druiven

  • Traditionele fermentatie in roestvrijstalen tanks, met zachte extractie

  • Malolactische gisting in Franse eikenhouten vaten

  • Rijping: 12 maanden in Franse eikenhouten vaten, deels nieuw voor structuur en aromatische complexiteit
