Het boek bevat de basisregels voor het spel, playbooks voor de zes vagebonden (Arbiter, Ranger, Scoundrel, Thief, Tinker en Vagrant), regels voor de drie facties (Marquisate, Eyrie Dynasties en de Woodland Alliance), een systeem voor het maken van kaarten en extra tabellen en generatoren voor de gameplay.
