Met de Tracefy PRO kun je altijd real-time de locatie van je e-bike inzien. Deze tracker wordt onzichtbaar aangesloten op de voeding van de e-bike. Ook kun je je gereden ritten bekijken en krijg je een melding op je telefoon als je fiets in beweging komt.

In geval van diefstal kun je dit in de Tracefy PRO app melden. Onze opsporingspartner komt dan direct in actie om je geliefde e-bike terug te vinden. Onze opsporingsdienst werkt in Nederland en België. De locatie van je e-bike is in heel Europa zichtbaar, handig voor als je bijvoorbeeld op de vakantie bent.

 De Tracefy PRO is Kiwa SCM gecertificeerd en wordt bij vrijwel alle verzekeraars in de Benelux geaccepteerd.


Kies de juiste connector voor jouw e-bike-systeem om een perfecte werking te garanderen. 

  • Geen Connector – Je kiest voor de stand-alone Tracefy PRO tracker. Deze kan niet geïnstalleerd worden zonder bijkomende connector. 

  • Bosch Universele connector BES2 (Gen 2/3) – Connector voor Bosch Gen2 en Gen3 waarmee u de GPS-tracker rechtstreeks kunt aansluiten op de HMI aansluiting van het display. Niet geschikt voor Bosch Gen4 -systemen; Kies Item TR20228. Geschikt voor: Classic+ Line, BDU2XX (Active Line, Performance Line / CX) en BDU3XX (Active Line, Active line Plus, Performance Line)

  • Bosch Smart System Connector HMI (BES3) – Deze connector is geschikt voor alle BOSCH Smart Systemen. Voor gebruik met HMI-displayport-uitgang.

  • Bosch Smart LPP en HPP connector (Gen 4) – Connector voor het Bosch Smart System wanneer (HPP) High Power -poort niet beschikbaar is. Verbindingen verbindt de GPS -tracker rechtstreeks met het aandrijfsysteem. Alleen geschikt voor Bosch Generation 4 Systems met Bosch Smart Systems. BDU3740/BDU3741. Deze connector vervangt ook de Bosch Smart HPP connector die werd aangeboden. Deze kabel is universeel in te zetten voor zowel de HPP als LPP port op de Bosch smart motoren. (Behalve BOSCH SX)

  • Bosch Power port connector (Gen4) - Connector voor de Bosch Generatie 4 Motoren om de GPS -tracker rechtstreeks op het aandrijfsysteem te verbinden. Alleen geschikt voor Bosch Generatie 4 -systemen.

  • Installatie aan huis (≤50 km van Pelt) – Wij contacteren je binnen 24h voor een afspraak en komen bij je langs. Wij zorgen voor een volledige installatie en activatie. Woon je verder dan 50 km? Contacteer ons voor een offerte op maat.

  • Installatie door andere gespecialiseerde dealer – Jij bepaalt welke aangesloten Tracefy Dealer jouw tracker installeert.

 

De Tracefy PRO is onze meest geavanceerde GPS-tracker. Doordat deze tracker wordt aangesloten op de stroomvoorziening van de e-bike heb je altijd een real-time locatie. Tijdens gebruik van de fiets stuurt de PRO minimaal 5 x per minuut een GPS locatie zodat real-time tracking mogelijk wordt gemaakt. Wordt de fiets niet gebruikt dan zal de PRO elke 12-uur een locatie delen.

Geofence
Via de Tracefy PRO app kan een geofence worden aangezet op basis van de huidige locatie van de fiets. De geofence heeft een straal van 100m. Verlaat of arriveert de fiets deze geozone dan wordt hierover een notificatie verstuurd naar de gebruiker van de Tracefy PRO app.  Daarna kun je er via de app eenvoudig melding van maken in geval van diefstal en gaat de Tracefy opsporingsdienst direct voor jou aan de slag. Daarnaast biedt de app nog meer handige functionaliteiten. Zoals inzage in alle gereden routes, afstanden en andere ritdata. Je hebt hiermee naast fietsbeveiliging ook direct een fietscomputer die altijd aanstaat.

Via de Tracefy-app en het bijbehorende connectiviteitsabonnement met diefstalopsporing blijf je altijd virtueel verbonden met jouw fiets, zodat je snel kunt reageren bij verlies of diefstal. Installatie en ondersteuning verlopen soepel via de Tracefy dealersupportportal.

6 years of support, but set your expectations.

I was a Moto user. Before moving over to Android, I was among the 0% that used a Windows Phone. My needs have been modest, so the idea of shelling out nearly a thousand or more for a phone never crossed my mind. What is important is ongoing support, which rules out every cat-sat-on-a-keyboard brand. It’s also the reason why I switched from Moto over to Samsung; offering 6 years of OS and security support (from initial release) on an entry-level class device is a HUGE PLUS. In the case of this A17, that’s all the way into August 2031. This is NOT a fast phone by any means, however. Playing media and general browsing? Sure. Playing video? Fine. Lots of videos at once like on some social media platforms? Not so much. Taking videos? It's only 1080p. More immersive games? I wouldn’t bother. Between the processor and the 4GB of RAM, some patience will be necessary, especially for folks running lots of apps. There is more underlying “bloat” here; turning off the animations under developer mode along with unneeded services improves the experience a bit, however. The A17 phone case I purchased separately for this arrived labeled as an A26; the glass screen protector as an A16, so apparently this phone shares a very similar design with those models. No 3.5mm jack but there is a micro SD slot which it shares with the SIM tray. The AMOLED screen is a huge plus; great contrast and sharpness, which is NOT common in this entry-level class. It does have NFC for tap to pay, but no wireless charging. Will this win any benchmarks? No. Folks expecting sports car performance at an economy car price will be extremely disappointed. This does not nor will not compare to phones that cost more. However, if your needs are modest, there’s no need to spend $$$ either when this will do the job. --- Edit: Just for added confirmation about ongoing support (or lack thereof), the Moto G17 that was just released at the end of January 2026 does NOT promise ANY OS updates at all. That's a stark contrast to the A17 here with a promise of 6 years of OS and security updates. Edit 2: Wireless Android Auto connectivity has become tedious with the aftermarket generic Android head unit on my vehicle, with the phone often forgetting to connect. The real culprit is that those units are often running hardware and an OS older than what they advertise; it may say 15 on the surface but underneath, it's actually running like 10 or even older. Getting a USB wired-to-wireless CarPlay/Android Auto adapter fixed that; the phone has remembered to connect every time since. For less than $10, it was worth taking that chance.
