In 1978 werden Roman en Adelheid Pfaffl op jonge leeftijd eigenaar van Weingut Pfaffl in Stetten, een dorp net ten noorden van Wenen in de regio Weinviertel - Niederösterreich. Niederösterreich is de regio rond de hoofdstad Wenen en is de grootste wijnbouwregio van Oostenrijk. Lössbodems, warme dagen en koele nachten. Vóór 1978 draaide de boerderij Pfaffl om het verbouwen van granen, aardappelen en het houden van koeien en varkens. Er is in korte tijd veel veranderd. Tegenwoordig is Pfaffl een internationaal symbool voor Grüner Veltliner. Ze zijn zelfs door Wine Enthusiast uitgeroepen tot Europese wijnmakerij van het jaar. En deze krijg je niet voor niets. Dankzij hun vergaarde kennis en de passie voor wijn kunnen zij met veel zorg in de wijngaarden, geweldige kwaliteitswijnen produceren. Daarbij is Pfaffl van mening dat je het gehele proces van druif tot fles nauwlettend moet volgen, om zo de kwaliteit te kunnen waarborgen.Pfaffl Gruner Veltliner Brut is de "Champagne" van Oostenrijk
Na de handmatige oogst, en zeer strenge selectie die tweemaal plaatsvindt wordt het sap geperst. Met alle precisie wordt de blend samengesteld en vervolgens volgens de Méthode Traditionelle gemaakt. Oftewel dezelfde techniek als men bij een fles Champagne zou doen. De Brut rijpt totaal 18 maanden met tweede vergisting op fles in de kelders van Pfaffl. In de geur fris en iets peperig met veel rijkdom van appel, citrus fruit en witte bloemen. In de smaak fris en opwekkend, zachte groene appeltjes, fraaie zuren en veel balans door ander vers wit en geel fruit. Maar wat vooral opvalt zijn de zachte belletjes in de smaak, echt uniek en zeer plezierig om te drinken.Shipping Notes

This Hiipoo sublimation ink has been a fantastic upgrade for my EcoTank printer. The autofill bottles fit perfectly into the ink tanks - no syringes, no mess, and no wasted ink. Refilling is quick and hassle-free, which makes the whole process so much easier.
The print quality is excellent. Colors come out bright, vivid, and crisp with great saturation and no fading. It transfers beautifully onto mugs, T-shirts, and tumblers, drying fast without smudges. I really appreciate that it works ICC-free, yet still delivers professional results.

Only Sublimation Ink for Me!!
I recently bought my second set of Hippo Sublimation Ink and continue to be thrilled with the results. This ink has proven to be a fantastic choice for my sublimation projects, delivering on all fronts.

Great for Sublimation!
I’m a bit new to sublimation and was worried about having dull colors, but this ink is doing wonders! The quality is great, I can adjust the amount on the printer and get the exact, rich, vibrant colors I want. (I found some recommended settings for brightness, contrast, etc… and then tweak the cyan, magenta, and yellow to the desired amount.)
I definitely recommend getting this ink! It’s so easy to refill the printer (I have an Eco tank 15000). The cost is not bad at all. I’ve only washed some of the items one time and so far the ink has remained unchanged. Seems like a winner to me!
