Daarnaast heeft u ook de mogelijkheid om dit docking station als stand alone (zonder aansturing van een computer) te gebruiken voor het dupliceren (klonen) van HDD's. Plaats de HDD die u wilt kopiëren in de 'source' HDD poort en de lege HDD in de 'target' HDD poort. Op de bovenzijde zit een 'clone' knop waarmee u het klonen kunt starten. UASP ondersteuningUASP staat voor USB Attached SCSI-Protocol. Dit USB-protocol, standaard ondersteunt door Windows 8 en nieuwer, Mac OSX 10.8 en hoger en Linux, maakt het mogelijk om nog sneller gegevens over te dragen. Dit komt o.a. omdat UASP het mogelijk maakt voor USB3.0 apparaten om verschillende activiteiten tegelijkertijd uit te voeren. UASP realiseert snelheden tot 70% hoger bij lezen en tot 40% sneller bij schrijven in vergelijking met normale USB3.0 apparaten. Het processorgebruik neemt daarnaast tot 80% af. Nice socks, but they are way too small. Says they fit size 6 - 10. I kept 3 ( I wear size 8) and gave 3 to my daughter (size 8.5). We both agreed that they were just too small.

Post-COVID Sock Hunt: Finally a Win

Ever since COVID, I haven’t been able to find a pair of socks that hold up for more than a few months. Brands like UA, Adidas, and others seem to have cut corners—likely in response to inflation—by downgrading materials and labor rather than raising prices. The result? Socks that wear thin, rip easily, or lose shape fast.
These, however, have been a pleasant surprise. I’ve been wearing them for a few weeks and so far, they’re holding strong. You can tell some cost-saving measures were still made—certain areas feel slightly thinner—but overall, the construction is solid.
A key win: they stay on. These are ankle socks (not “no-shows”), and they hug the ankle securely. That’s a huge plus in a world where most post-COVID no-shows slide off halfway through the day.
We may never get back to the pre-COVID quality standards without paying a premium, but for now, these are a reliable choice.
