De Pellini N°82 VIVACE is vooral een koffie met een allround karakter. Zeer geschikt voor volautomaten en bereidingen met melk. De smaak laat zich het best omschrijven als kruidig met nootachtige invloeden. Ook donkere chocolade is herkenbaar aanwezig in de smaak. Een zeer gering en aangenaam bittertje kenmerken de lange afdronk van deze Vivace.
