De sedumtray is beplant met acht tot twaalf verschillende soorten sedum. De tray is gemaakt van gerecycled HDpE. De sedum groeit in een speciaal ontwikkeld substraat.

Het beschermdoek is gemaakt van gerecyclede kledingstukken. Het beschermdoek wordt gebruikt om de dakbedekking te beschermen. Het waterbufferend vermogen van deze opbouw is 31 liter / m2. De dikte van de opbouw is 85 mm en het verzadigd gewicht is 80 kg / m2.
