Vorig jaar was Diszkó een 100% furmint vintage, 2022 is vooral Riesling met een beetje Furmint. Het is altijd feest met Barnag! De twee druiven vullen elkaar perfect aan: de rijpe Furmint geeft diepte en body aan de lichtheid van de florale en fruitige Riesling. Zelfde Diszkó, andere dansvloer!

  • In de wijngaard: Volledig biologische landbouw. De Riesling was als eerste rijp, een paar weken later wordt de Furmint geplukt. 
  • In de wijnkelder: De Riesling wordt voor het grootste gedeelte meteen geperst, slechts een klein beetje schilcontact, gisting op rvs. Furmint gist en rijpt in houten vaten van verschillende maten. Rijping sur-lie, ongefilterd, zonder toevoeging van So2.
