Als er één sport is waarbij een gemiddelde training vaak het uiterste van je lichaam vraagt, is het wel boksen. Boksen, the Noble Art of Self Defence, biedt de ideale mix van trainen op uithoudingsvermogen en het versterken van de spieren.
Er is geen sport waarbij je zo snel een beresterke conditie opbouwt als bij het boksen. Een bokser is immers voortdurend in beweging. Hardlopen en fietsen zijn natuurlijk ook ideale manieren om calorieën te verbranden, maar het nadeel van deze sporten is dat het bovenlijf niet meedoet. I never write reviews but these pillow cases absolutely deserve one!!! These are absolutely amazing! So soft and cool! I sweat so bad every night!! I wake up and my hair, shirt and pillow are drenched!!! I slipped these bad boys on as soon as they came in, and let me tell you! They were cold to the touch, I woke up this morning and I wasn’t sweating! I thought $20 something dollars was a little expensive for 2 pillow cases but was totally worth it! Stretchy Material and Cooling Fabric

Material: is very stretchy and cools well. It has a zipper which is good because the fabric is very soft and slippery and if it didn’t have a zipper the pillow would not stay in the case.
Durability: zipper works great and material is easy to clean.
Color: I have the gray and my daughter has the pink. Both colors as advertised.
