De kleur van deze Vital kandelaar is in het echt iets geliger en minder grijs dan op deze foto. Het glimmende glazuur heeft bovendien een craquelé effect. En is ook nog egaler. Deze kandelaars worden op de Filipijnen met de hand gemaakt van rode klei en daarna geglazuurd. De randen verraden zo nu en dan iets van het materiaal dat zich onder het glazuur bevindt. Dat is geen productiefout, maar heeft te maken met het productieproces waar Bungalow specifiek voor kiest. Het feit dat het ambachtelijk handwerk is, mag doorschemeren in de producten van Bungalow. De stoffen en woonaccessoires van dit Deense merk vertonen her en der deukjes en hobbeltjes, net als het leven zelf.

An elegant workhorse!
