Deze wijn toont zich zeer complex in de neus met aromas van rijpe zwarte

Cuvée l’Oratoire van Valdition is de topcuvée in rood, gemaakt uit uitsluitend syrah en cabernet sauvignon. Deze combinatie van druiven volgt de filosofie van de grootste wijnmaker uit de Alpilles +Eloï Durbach van Domaine Trévallon. De volledige vinificatie van deze wijn neemt plaats in grote foeders en nadien rijpt een deel van de wijn op Franse barriques voor een 12-tal maanden.

Deze wijn toont zich zeer complex in de neus met aroma’s van rijpe zwarte vruchten, zoete specerijen, garrigues en toast. In de mond zet de wijn zeer zacht en rond aan en toont die onmiddellijk zijn kracht en vulling in de mond. Door de leeftijd is deze wijn al mooi versmolten en afgerond en kan deze dienst doen om te combineren met de fijnste vleesgerechten.
