Deze probiotische melkzuurbacteriën dragen bij aan een gezonde darmflora en bevorderen de spijsvertering. Ze zijn onmisbaar voor een goede werking van het gastro-intestinale systeem. Hierdoor worden voedingsstoffen uit de darmen beter opgenomen en wordt het immuunsysteem verbeterd. Belangrijk is ook dat deze bacteriën een goede voedingsbodem hebben, daarom zijn FOS en maltodextrine aan de formule toegevoegd:
