De Domaine Malet Touraine Sauvignon Blanc is een frisse witte wijn uit Frankrijk, regio Touraine in de Loire-vallei. Gemaakt van 100% Sauvignon Blanc, geplukt van oude wijngaarden met kalkrijke bodem. Na handmatige selectie in de vroege ochtend vergisten de druiven en rijpen ze zes maanden op fijne droesem in roestvrijstalen tanks, wat zorgt voor zuiverheid en balans. Deze toegankelijke stijl prikkelt je nieuwsgierigheid en nodigt uit tot proeven.

Deze wijn geurt naar citrusfruit zoals limoen en grapefruit, met tonen van witte bloemen en een vleugje munt en groene peper. In de mond voelt hij fris aan met een knisperende, zuivere afdronk die lang blijft hangen. Perfect bij een frisse salade met citrus-vinaigrette, geitenkaas of lichte visgerechten. Serveer fris op circa 8-10 °C voor de beste beleving.

Wijnhuis Domaine Malet
Bij Wijnhuis Domaine Malet staat de derde generatie aan het roer: broers Alain en Bruno Malet, die sinds 2001 zelf hun wijn maken in plaats van druiven te verkopen aan een coöperatie. Hun wijngaarden, zo’n 40 hectare, zijn oud, liggen op kalkrijke bodems en profiteren van lange, evenwichtige rijping door zon én frisse wind. Elke oogst werd met zorg geselecteerd; het resultaat is een Sauvignon Blanc die geroemd wordt om z’n zuiverheid en heldere expressie. There's a side zipper that helps get in and out of the dress. There's also a corset in the back that pulls any slack. I'm 5'5" and weigh 185 lbs. It's ankle length. The Drop makes good dresses. I bought the Crimson too and it's a beautiful red that makes everyone turn and gaze. There's another dress the Drop makes which is polka dot and same version in ivory.
