Equilibrato.Il Toscana Bianco IGT "Le Due Arbie" di Dievole nasce da vinificazione classica con processo a freddo. Le uve, dopo il diraspamento, vanno incontro a una pigiatura soffice che garantisce l'estrazione del solo mosto nobile, ricco di aromi. La fermentazione, poi, avviene con inoculo di lieviti indigeni ed è segutia da affinamento in acciaio per tre mesi. Questo vino, pur avendo l’esuberanza e l’entusiasmo dei giovani, non perde il senso della misura: l'equilibrio gusto-olfattivo è infatti ottimale. Non adatto all'invecchiamento, il suo tempo è qui e adesso ed è dedicato a chi sa apprezzarne freschezza e contemporaneità in ogni occasione, dall'aperitivo al dopocena.
Ideale in abbinamento alle carni bianche e al pesce, si sposa in modo ottimale con il sushi.

Terrific addition to your backpacking gear
I like this map holder for its versatility in holding different size maps. Once sealed, it was very effective at keeping moisture out and protecting the maps. I originally used this on a 13K mountain ascent. Worked great. The only thing that can be tricky at times is sealing the top. It's not as easy as sealing a typical zip-loc kitchen bag, takes some doing to get it to seal.
