Belangrijkste werkstoffen
- Breed-spectrum photoprotection (UVA/UVB/IR/HEV)
UVA: verantwoordelijk voor 95% van UV-straling, veroorzaakt photo-aging, collageen- en elastine-afbraak, hyperpigmentatie en verhoogt het risico op huidkanker.
UVB: Verantwoordelijk voor 5% van UV-straling, veroorzaakt erytheem en zonnebrand, beschadigt cellulair DNA, verhoogt het risico op huidkanker en stimuleert melanineproductie, wat leidt tot donkere vlekken.
IR: Infraroodstraling verhoogt de huidtemperatuur, veroorzaakt vaatverwijding, vrije radicalen en vermindert collageen- en elastineniveaus, wat leidt tot veroudering. Dringt diep de huidlagen in.
HEV: Komt van nature uit de zon en uit kunstmatige bronnen zoals LED-lampen en schermen. Afkomstig van de Lithops pseudotruncatella plant, bekend als “levende steen”. Deze nectar (glycocalyx) , rijk aan glyco-conjugaten en polyfenolen, optimaliseert vitamine D-synthese, verbetert het micro-omgeving van de huid en
bevordert diepe hydratatie door het gebruik van licht en waterniveaus te maximaliseren.
Gebruik
- Breng aan op een gereinigde huid.
- Breng een ruime hoeveelheid aan op gevoelige of specifieke zones zoals de huid rond de ogen en lippen, evenals littekens en pigmentvlekken.
- Om de bescherming te behouden, regelmatig opnieuw aanbrengen, vooral na het zweten, baden en afdrogen.

Nice recipes, AWFUL font

I loved Cook This Book. Mine has a permanent crease on the Caesar salad page and the other recipes I have tried have all been winners, so I was excited to get Molly’s next book. My initial browse through the recipes has me excited to try them out, I just cannot understand the choice of this awful font. It is so difficult to read and make out the letters. I can’t imagine how difficult it would be for someone with visual or reading impairments. There is even a fully black page with dark blue font that is basically unreadable (the picture I included is very kind, in real life the contrast is extremely minimal). It’s such a huge distraction from what otherwise appears to be a nice collection.

Useful
Format: Kindle
Wonderfully written with lots of good advice. I think a lot of young people are lost in the world because a lot of this stuff is not taught in school anymore, at least not where I am. This would be a great resource for kids that are aging out of foster care and need the guidance of how to manage life. This could also serve to guide adults leaving prison.
I wish I would have had something like this when I was becoming an adult because I didn't have the best guidance and figured a lot of stuff out on my own. I will make sure both my kids have a copy to guide them in the event I'm not around to help them. Overall, great book and I'm glad someone wrote it. Lol

Skills to faster success
Format: Kindle
The was truly inspiring The sections: B basic skills for Living, Money Skills for Teens and Digital Life Skills for Teens included detailed information for effective living as a young person. Topics included: how to manage money, find a job, eat healthy and live independently. The financial and Digital sections included: investing, understanding debt, valuable information on credit scores, the distinction between employed & self - employed and which may be best for you. Also, how to navigate online to avoid scams be a good social media person, the word is NETIQUETTE.
The book is extremely helpful with ideas to Kickstart your life in school and beyond
