Overcovers have been specifically designed for use with small lavalier microphones in windy outdoor conditions.

Using stickies to affix the Lavalier Mic onto the skin or on top of clothing, a fur cover is then fitted on top of the Lavalier microphone for excellent wind-noise protection.

So if you have very narrow feet these might be a little big. You might want to go down a half a size. But otherwise I wear a size 10 and they fit perfectly. The footbed is very comfortable with the memory foam. Lots of support. I noticed my back and ankle pain is much better wearing these. I've never owned UGG before. If these hold up really well and continue to stay comfortable, I will be purchasing other styles for fall and winter.
