Dit is de zogeheten baby Amarone van Ca'Rugate, een juweel van een wijn met zeer veel diepgang kunnen wij u vertellen. De geschiedenis gaat ver terug in de tijd want op dit moment is de vierde generatie aan het roer uit de familie Tessari. De familie naam is erg bekend in de regio want al jaren lang maken ze top wijnen waaronder deze Campo Bastiglia Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore. Alle wijnen worden gemaakt met zeer veel respect voor de natuur en geënt op historie en traditie. Wijnen met precisie en het karakter van de vulkanische grond. Ook deze rode wijn heeft de internationale wijnpers gevonden want hij kreeg zelfs 92 punten van James Suckling en dat is toch wel opmerkelijk voor zijn prijsklasse.Houtlagering voor de Campo Bastiglia Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore
Voor deze rode wijn worden de beste druiven gebruikt uit het mooie heuvelige gebied van Montecchia di Crosara. Hier staan de oude ranken gevuld met de Corvina, Corvinone en Rondinella druiven. De ranken geven de trossen veel kracht uit de rijke bodem structuur, want deze bestaat uit kalksteen en gravel waardoor de trossen echt fenomenaal worden. Na een lange rijping worden ze voorzichtig in de vroege ochtend met de hand geoogst. Elke tros wordt gecontroleerd en enkel de beste trossen worden verwerkt in deze loep zuivere Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore. Na de eerste persing ondergaat deze rode wijn een tweede vergisting met de most van de grote Amarone wijn. Hierdoor wordt deze Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore nog voller en krachtiger van smaak. Deze unieke techniek geeft zijn bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en dan is het ook niet gek dat dit een wijn is voor de liefhebbers. Na de tweede vergisting rijpt de wijn nog gedeeltelijk op eiken houten vaten om hem nog meer finesse te geven. Ja een zeer bijzonder stukje vakwerk van Ca'Rugate.Hoe smaakt de Ca'Rugate Valpolicella Ripasso?
In de geur is hij geconcentreerd met veel tonen van rode kersen en bloemen en subtiel kruidig. De smaak is vol met zachte tannine's, wat hem echt heerlijk maakt, dat vond ook James Suckling want hij gaf deze wijn maar liefst 92 punten. In de smaak noteerden wij indrukken van zwart fruit, vanille, eiken hout, krentjes en gestoofde pruimen.Shipping Notes

Best one yet
Best tasting Metamucil if you enjoy carbonation. Less sweet than regular (even the no added sugar version felt a bit overly sweet to me). Lemonade is a close second but a bit too expensive. Wish it would come with a scoop but I saved one from a different product and dropped it into the jar here.

Great product, dislike new 43oz size
Works well. Prefer the “fizzy” formula over all others.
I recommend adding powder to your cup, fill 30-50% with cold water, then use a small handheld milk frother to blend. It’ll “foam” then settle, add you can add more water. (If you fill the whole cup with water right away it’ll overflow when it foams up.)
I prefer to drink it quickly, before it starts to thicken into a heavy gel/paste.
3 star rating for 2 reasons:
1) Strongly dislike the food coloring!
2) They recently changed container size and shape. It used to be a 29oz cylinder, now it’s 43oz and more like a tub.
The new format is too large for my kitchen vitamin drawer + too wide and heavy to grab with one hand. (I’ve included side by side pics here - didn’t think to take them until I’d already removed the 43oz label for recycling.)
I saved my last 29oz canister and I’ve been decanting powder from the 43oz, keeping the 43oz in pantry storage.

Great product
I have been using Metamucil for a long time!
I can tell a difference in using the plain and the vitamin variety. I feel a more energetic. I will not use this variety close to bedtime.
It does fizz a lot. Only add a small amount of water to the glass and after the fizz settles down add more water.

The best no sugar natural fiber
Even if you have no problems with your dietary system, fiber is an excellent way to protect your lower GI system. I use the no sugar version as I want the fiber, but I want the extra carbs in the regular version. Regular no sugar is fine, and has no problems with taste. Every so often, I treat myself to this better stevia sweetened version. I don’t take either one 3 times a day, as recommended, but I do take it every morning. If you like the regular sugar free version, give this a try. Since I take it every day, I do like occasionally switching to the better version.
Read the labels of your fiber supplement products, if you take them. Very few give you the amount of fiber that this does, and you control exactly how much fiber you want. If you read up on the benefits of adding to your daily fiber intake, you will wonder why you haven’t been adding this to your daily healthy supplements This is a very effective way to protect yourself, and most other products don’t come close!

Great product for bloat and regularity
This works! I try to take a big tablespoon in the morning and if Im feeling bloated maybe one at night. Within a day or two, it helps you get regular! And it makes you go..and not loose, runny stool either. It leaves with that “empty stomach” feeling. I have this set up on auto delivery. Its a bit expensive but like that it has stevia, so am willing to pay the extra. It tastes like OJ but drink it asap or it becomes thick and slime like within a few minutes.
