Zoals alle Forged Olive messen is dit mes met de hand gesmeed uit Japans 440C staal met een hardheid van 58 Rockwell. Dat zorgt voor langdurige scherpte en een uitstekende snijprestatie. Met een lemmetdikte van 2 mm en een snijhoek van 18 graden snijd je moeiteloos en precies.
