Maybe once you get your eczema under control with some other product, you can use this for maintenance, but it's an absolute misery if you have a bad outbreak of eczema. I have no idea why this thing has alcohol in it but it burns like a star when you put it on severely irritated skin. Note: I originally gave this 3 stars, but Eczema Honey reached out to me to offer a refund. I didn't take it, but I appreciated that they *would* do that. The second day I did the same no more slight burning my skin is still dry but it is healing. I would definitely give it a try if you're experiencing eczema for your first time!
