In seguito alla vendemmia e alla fermentazione in acciaio inox che ne mantiene freschezza e vivacità espressiva, il vino affina per circa 11 mesi in botti di rovere francese. Pensato per un consumo quotidiano e coniviale (da cui il nome "Tavola"), è un pinot nero che punta su qualità, immediatezza e piacevolezza aromatica.
