De Conte di Campiano Primitivo di Manduria Riserva is een krachtige en volle rode wijn uit Italië, afkomstig uit Manduria in Puglia, in het zuiden van het land. Dit gebied, gelegen in de hak van de laars, staat bekend om zijn warme klimaat en ideale omstandigheden voor de Primitivo-druif. De wijn wordt gemaakt van 100% Primitivo, afkomstig van oude wijnstokken met een lage opbrengst, wat zorgt voor extra concentratie en intensiteit. Na de vergisting rijpt de wijn 12 maanden op eikenhouten vaten, wat hem meer diepgang, structuur en een zachte tanninestructuur geeft.

In de geur en smaak ontdek je rijke tonen van rijpe kersen, pruimen en zwarte bessen, aangevuld met hints van cacao, koffie, vanille en zoete specerijen. In de mond is de wijn vol, zwoel en rond, met zachte tannines en een lange, warme afdronk. Deze wijn is heerlijk bij gegrild rood vlees, wildgerechten, stoofgerechten en gerijpte kazen. Serveer de wijn op 16–18 °C voor de beste smaakbeleving.

Wijnhuis Conte di Campiano
Het wijnhuis Conte di Campiano werd opgericht in 1930 en is sindsdien uitgegroeid tot een belangrijke speler op de Italiaanse wijnmarkt. Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van Contri Spumanti, een grote producent van mousserende wijnen, gevestigd in Cazzano di Tramigna, ten oosten van Verona in de Val Tramigna. Hoewel oorspronkelijk gericht op mousserende wijnen, heeft Conte di Campiano met succes zijn portfolio uitgebreid met rode en witte wijnen, waaronder de Primitivo di Manduria Riserva.

I had concerns when we got this mower. It isn’t self propelled, and is smaller than our last one, but it really surprised me. We have a lot of yard, and are on a hill, which added to our concerns. It is lightweight, which makes it really easy to use. You can raise and lower the deck with a couple of fingers. It even goes up the hill easily. The only downside is the battery life. It comes with 2 24v batteries, and needs both to operate. They last about 30 min. My thought was to get a second set of batteries, but they cost as much as another mower. I like the easy maintenance, and light weight, and that it has power and is quiet. Great mower.

One thing I really appreciated is that it doesn't have a typical pointless, awkward "safety" interlock button that you're supposed to keep mashed down with your thumb the whole time - it's a comfortable one-finger trigger. Another good 20v tool from Worx. I'm "in".
