Domaine Anita is een wijnhuis gelegen in de Beaujolais regio van Frankrijk, dat zich volledig richt op het maken van topkwaliteit Beaujolais-wijnen, van voornamelijk Gamay druiven. Het wijnhuis werd opgericht door Anita Neveu, een voormalig professioneel wielrenster die na haar sportcarrière besloot om haar passie voor wijn te volgen. Anita hecht veel waarde aan het selecteren van de beste terroirs en haar zorgvuldige selectie heeft geleid tot wijnen die hoge scores krijgen van gerenommeerde critici zoals Robert Parker en James Suckling. De wijnen van Domaine Anita zijn bekend om hun elegante stijl, zachte tannines en verfrissende zuren. Domaine Anita La Rochelle Moulin-à-Vent is afkomstig uit de gelijknamige 'La Rochelle' wijngaard. Deze wijngaard is gelegen op een hoogte van 240 meter en heeft een ondergrond van roze graniet. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de druiven uitstekend kunnen rijpen. Wanneer ze optimaal rijp zijn worden ze volledig met de hand geoogst en geselecteerd. In de wijnmakerij worden de druiven ontsteeld en ondergaan ze een koude inweking. Hierna vindt fermentatie plaats, waarbij de schilletjes dagelijks naar beneden worden gedrukt voor meer smaak en tannines. Hierna rijpt de wijn nog 6 maanden in eikenhouten vaten en in cementen tanks, waarbij de wijn verder kan rijpen en de smaak zich kan ontwikkelen.De intense en geconcentreerde smaak van Domaine Anita La Rochelle Moulin a Vent
Met een intense robijnrode kleur verschijnt La Rochelle Moulin a Vent in het glas. In de geur een complex en intens aroma van zwarte kersen, bloemen en zwarte peper. De smaak is geconcentreerd en rijk met sappige zuren zachte tannines. De wijn heeft een sterke minerale afdronk die lang aanhoudt en de smaakpapillen prikkelt. Deze wijn is perfect om te serveren bij stevige vleesgerechten, zoals wild en gegrild rood vlees, maar kan ook goed gecombineerd worden met rijke, romige kazen.Shipping Notes

Great quality case and keyboard

Super good quality case, I was actually surprised since it’s such a good price. It fit my 10.9 inch perfectly! Keyboard has magnetic attachment to the case which is super handy, and it connected with Bluetooth seamlessly. Keyboard isn’t silent, it’s on the louder side, but not too loud at all and it doesn’t bother me at all because I prefer clickier keyboards. Oh also something that’s really cool is that you can change the colors of the keyboard, love that!
