Deze wijngaard ligt ten westen van Pernand Vergelesses net beneden Corton Charlemagne, de wereldberoemde Grand Cru. De wijngaardnaam betekent schoondochters en heeft buitengewone proporties aangenomen doordat de meest beroemde eigenaren, Ramonet, Rapet en Pierre Yves Colin, hier een ware super second van hebben weten te maken. Een wijngaard met de kwaliteit van een premier cru, maar met de status en prijsstelling van een dorpsherkomst. Deze beruchte namen hebben Isabelle geholpen (en zij hun) door de wijngaarden zo in te richten dat de wijngaard ook in haar handen een exceptionele prijskwaliteit-verhouding biedt.

De bodem bestaat uit kalksteen en mergel. Traditionele en handmatige oogst met een drievoudige controle van de kwaliteit van de druiven, fermentatie met druifeigen gisten gedurende 16 dagen vóór pneumatische persing. Rijping in eikenhouten vaten (15-20% nieuw) gedurende 10 maanden, botteling in juli voor de oogst van de daaropvolgende jaargang.
