Met de Samsung Galaxy Watch3 reist je muziek met je mee, waar je ook gaat. Als je je muziek online streamt en je Galaxy Watch aansluit op je draadloze oortjes kun je zelfs zonder telefoon gaan joggen.

Batterijduur

Laat je oplader eens een nachtje tot rust komen. De batterij van de Samsung Galaxy Watch3 gaat met één keer opladen een hele tijd mee, zodat je langdurig je gesprekken, muziek en nog veel meer kunt beheren. Bij gemiddeld verbruik gaat de batterij 80 uur mee.

Gezondheidsondersteuning van binnenuit

ECG-meting
Elektrocardiogramfunctie van de Samsung Health Monitor app werkt door de elektrische activiteit van het hart te analyseren via een sensor op je smartwatch. Je opent hiervoor de Samsung Health Monitor app als je rustig zit en zorgt ervoor dat het horloge stevig om je pols zit. Vervolgens leg je je onderarm op een plat oppervlak en plaatst een vingertop van de andere hand gedurende 30 seconden lichtjes op de bovenste knop van de smartwatch. De app meet dan je hartslag en -ritme, die worden geclassificeerd als een normale/regelmatige hartslag of wanneer het hart onregelmatig klopt*.

Meet je bloeddruk
Je kunt nu met je smartwatch je bloeddruk meten via de Samsung Health Monitor app, waarmee je inzicht kunt krijgen in je gezondheid. Een hoge bloeddruk wordt vaak in verband gebracht met hersen-, nier- en hartaandoeningen en als het niet wordt behandeld, kan dit leiden tot een beroerte en hartaandoeningen. Zodra de Galaxy je je smartwatch hebt gekalibreerd met een traditionele bloeddrukmanchet, tik je op ‘meten’ om je bloeddruk af te lezen*.

*De Samsung Health Monitor app is alleen compatible met Galaxy Smartphones met Android N OS (7.0) of hoger. iOS wordt niet ondersteunt.

Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. 3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.

Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.
