Noord-Wester Edammer - de Nederlandse kaas op zijn best

Edammer kaas is wereldberoemd maar wordt buiten Nederland vaak slecht nagemaakt. Een echte ambachtelijke Edammer met die karakteristieke zachte, licht zoete smaak is heel anders dan de gele plakken uit de supermarkt. Onze Noord-Wester Edammer is van een ambachtelijke kaasmaker die de traditionele productiemethode respecteert.

Edammer kaas serveren

Snij in wiggen of plakken. Op brood ideaal met een beetje mosterd. Op de kaasplank: een bol Edammer op tafel is zowel decoratief als praktisch. Combineert goed met een frisse witte wijn, appelstroop of zure augurk. Gemakkelijk te raspen voor in de keuken.

Bewaren

Koel bewaren. Eenmaal aangebroken ingepakt in de koelkast. Lange houdbaarheid.

Great case for iPad

I saw a similar Zugu case for my iPad and almost bought it, but it looked like my iPad might not fit, so I hunted and found this VIKESI case, which cost about 1/3 as much as the Zugu. It's close to perfect. My iPad fits perfectly, and the almost infinite number of angles that it permits, along with magnets to hold it in place make it ideal for working on a desk or in my lap. The only minor downside is that it's on the heavy side, probably because of the magnets. But unless you're travelling with it (I've switched to a small Fire tablet for travel), that won't be an issue. Highly recommended.
