Magnesium speelt een essentiële rol bij verschillende processen in het lichaam. Het ondersteunt het behoud van soepele spieren en sterke botten. Daarnaast is het belangrijk voor de energiestofwisseling en helpt het vermoeidheid te verminderen. Magnesium ondersteunt ook het zenuwstelsel het concentratievermogen en de opbouw van lichaamseiwit. Sport en fysieke inspanning zorgen voor meer verbruik van zuurstof en energie. Dan heb je meer energie en dus meer voeding nodig. Magnesium helpt bij het vrijmaken van energie uit voeding. Gebruik
Volwassenen 1 kauwtablet per dag. Bij voorkeur tijdens of na de maaltijd innemen.  Overmatig gebruik kan een laxerend effect hebben.

Bij kamertemperatuur (15-25 C) op een droge en donkere plaats (in de originele verpakking) bewaren.

Droog afgesloten en bij kamertemperatuur bewaren.
